Here is a marketing on what looks to be a silverplated piece not sure though. I am having a hard time translating this language on the bottom. See photo for details and any help would be gladly appreciated! Thanks!!

I just had a friend look this up and he said it says "Made in Morocco Pure Silver", not sure what the purity of that, i doubt it would mean .999.
