Fiddle table spoon. Colonial?

This is a mark on a fiddle tea spoon which, although it rings bells, I cannot pin down. Any ideas?

Maker is Khecheong, a Canton silversmith, we have a bit more info at

Chinese Export Marks

The leopard head is very interesting - an exaggeration of the oriental perception of westerners as "round eyes"
