The attached bell was found with some items in a deceased relative's boxes. This relative enjoyed traveling to Africa quite frequently and accumulated quite a collection. We know what the 925 means but the other mark is confusing...is it an anchor, initials a butterfly? We aren't sure if it is African. Please help! Thanks!
