Could you please to read the following stamps «?iam», "3175" and "9565". I would be very grateful for you help.

This is by the Peruvian maker "Siam", and pieces from the maker turn up often on auction sites. We can't link to them here, of course, but they are easy to find :-)

Many makers have "model numbers" stamped on the bottom of their pieces (Siam makes a cocktail shaker as number 50, for example) or may stamp the order number on the bottom (which can help date the piece). In this case, there appears to be both a model number and an order number, which some of the other Siam pieces I have seen also have.
