Silver Dishes from Peru

Post by sslezak »

I have a tray and a silver bowl that was donated to our not for profit shop. These items were brought back from Bolivia by a family that lived there for the fathers job 70-80 years ago.
The tray is marked SIAM (?) 925 Made in Peru with a #5804 underneath .

The bowl is marked Siam (?) 925 Made in Peru with a #5887 underneath.

I am having a hard time locating information on this comapny. I truly enjoy giving my customers some history when I can and I need to make sure i am funding the mission of our foundation. Thank you for any help.
