Clover or club-shaped hallmark on Concho belt

Can anyone in the forum identify this hallmark? I am certain that the belt is sterling or high grade solid silver, but it is not marked as such. The belt belonged to my Mother, and I was told that her brother bought it for her in the Western United States, possibly during WW II. I know that the belt is at least 65 years old. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you! MJ
