What is the name of this Garrard & co pattern? It’s hallmarked Sheffield 1957 & has Registered Design 713471.

Hi Niceguy,

The registered design mark also reveals the actual maker, as it also contains the lamp mark of the Sheffield silversmiths, Roberts & Belk. This would account for the Sheffield assay and they would have submitted them under Garrard's name.

Louis XVI Pattern
Louis XVI Pattern was made by Roberts & Belk during the 20th Century. It has straight sides with a reed & ribbon border and a shell motif to the end of each handle.
