I found this object while helping clear out my SO's mom's house and I have already identified it as being made by Lee and Wigfull. However I have no idea when it was made, what it really is. I have attached some pictures but to give you a quick rundown here the bottom is etched "England" with [L] [&] [W] [Ld] and underneath 8152. The little cups come off but are held in place by nubs on the platter. I think it is a dual egg cup with stand for napkins but maybe someone here will know better. Thanks!

This is electroplated, not silver. Lee & Wigfull became a limited company in 1899 so it must date from after that. The rack is for toast and, as you guessed, the cups are for eggs. A nice little item for the breakfast table.
