ARMAND-CALLIAT SOEURS

The mark is “ACS” with a bee, that of Armand-Calliat Soeurs [Armand-Calliat Sisters] of 18 Montée de Gourguillon, Lyon, Rhône: silversmiths known for their eccesiastical wares and with an interesting history.
Upon the death of silversmith François-Philibert Marie Calliat (1798-1851), his firm was continued for three years as Calliat Soeurs by his two daughters, Jeanne Calliat (1827-1897) and Louise-Nicole Calliat (1828-1881), though they were almost certainly not trained silversmiths.
On 16 Aug 1853, Jeanne married Thomas-Joseph Armand (1822-1901), who joined the company which thus became Armand-Calliat Soeurs, reistering its mark on 7 Nov 1854. The firm remained so named until 1892 (even though sister Louise-Nicole Calliat apparently withdrew from the firm upon her 1856 marriage to Joseph Clément Vanel.)
The name changed to Armand-Calliat et Fils in 1892 with the addition of Jeanne and Thomas-Joseph’s son Marie-Joseph Armand-Calliat (1862-1938), and then simply to Armand-Calliat Fils in 1901 after Thomas-Joseph Armand’s death. They company used the same mark throughout and until 1907, when Marie-Joseph Armand-Calliat registered a new mark: “AC” with a bee. The company continued, through various successions, until 1967.
The mark was used for over fifty years - from 1854 to 1907 - so narrowing the date any more would be impossible without the stylistic clues that an image of the piece might provide.

This is the mark of Guillaume Clément, spoonmaker at 11 rue des Orfèvres, registered 2 Jan 1838. He had registered an earlier mark - G.C. with the same symbols, a key and a star – 4 Jul 1820 to 30 Dec 1837 at the same address and as the successor of Charles-Joachim-Benjamen Dallegmagne (working 1786-1820).
There is no cancellation date of this second mark, but Clément was last listed in the Paris Directory in 1842. I found a record of his second marriage on 9 Apr 1825 to Anne Marie Aglaé Lefevre, as well as the marriages of his adult children (by his first wife Marguerite Françoise Lamotte), daughter Françoise Esther Clément in 1833 and son François Isidore Clément (also a silversmith) in 1841. Given all this, it seems likely that Clément was not a young man by 1842, and either died or retired around that time.
This ca. 1840 date is very much in keeping with the Louis-Philippe style of the spoon.

His first mark was registered 16 Jan 1827, 25 rue de Harlay, and cancelled 19 Jul 1842; he second, identical mark was registered at the same address the next day, 20 Jul 1842. There is no cancellation date for this second mark, but he is listed as a manufacturing silversmith at the rue de Harlay adress only until 1843, and then in 1844 at the same address with Jules Ferrier (for whom no mark was registered) and thereafter neither Délébois nor Ferrier are listed. So presumably Délébois retired or relocated in 1844/45.
On his death record, Délébois’ son, Charles Gustav Délébois (b.22 May 1840, Paris, 11e arrondissement), is described as a silversmith at 70 rue Oberkampf, but the younger Délébois does not appear to have registered a mark either.

Puiforcat bought Laslier's firm, presumably around the time Laslier went out of business in 1858. To get an exact date you'd have to consult the Almanach Azur.
Puiforcat kept some of Laslier's patterns in its own flatware catalogues (Source: David Allan, p. 307), so presumably continued to use some of Laslier's dies. Which patterns these were also would have to be researched further.
Laslier's flatware is considered to be very high quality.

Laslier made holloware and flatware. He first registered a mark on 7 July 1836, erased on 11 February 1848; registered the same mark again on the same day, erased on 4 March 1858 when he ceased business activity. Source: Arminjon, v. I, no. 01159, p. 142.

The bowl in the Empire style was made in Paris between 1798-1809, as seen by the standing cock in an octagonal reserve for 950 standard silver, and the guarantee mark of a man’s head in an oval reserve with the number 85 for Paris. The maker was Antoine Hience whose mark was his initials AH with the symbol of two crossed anchors (deux ancres en sautoir) in a lozenge-shaped reserve on the longitudinal axis. Hience made hollowware (la grosserie), registering his first mark (this one) in 1798, for his address at 36, quai des Orfèvres, and his second mark on 8 September 1821, for his address at 60, quai des Orfèvres. His mark was erased on 22 September 1828.
