Your attractive soup ladle in the filetpattern is made of 950 standard silver. The maker is Etienne-Henri Sanoner working in Paris at 79, rue Quincampoix from 10 January 1852 - 4 Septembre 1868. Yes, his symbol is a rabbit passant.

See Arminjon, v. II, No. 01588, p. 158.

.... Ernest Compère was the successor of Sanoner, working at the same address from 4 September 1868 - 9 October 1888 when his widow took over the business. In turn Sanoner had been the successor to Laurent Labbé (1829-1852). All three makers used the rabbit as their symbol.

See David Allan, p. 301.

Symbol : a gondola (une nacelle).
Successor : Denis Garreau.

Member blakstone wrote:

The original civil records of Paris before 1860 were destroyed during the Commune, but surviving and reconstructed indices show that Ambroise Mignerot was born in Paris 27 Nov 1759 and died there 12 Sep 1820, age 61. The latter notes that he was a silversmith, his residence was 62 rue du Temple (which is in the 3rd arrondissement, though the index states that he died in the 7th arrondissement), and that he was divorced from his wife, Angelique Cachelin.

Member AG2012 wrote regarding the mark on the left:

Rosenbergr (#6558) quotes Beuque Dictionnaire Nr 135 as an interim, unofficial mark by Association des Orfévres, 1793-1794 (letter P on the left), and claims it was used later than 1794.

Charles Joachim Benjamen Dallemagne, silversmith/flatware maker working at 11 rue des Orfèvres, Paris. He bacame a master under the ancien régime on 18 Mar 1786, registered marks in 1801 and 1807, and evidently retired by 4 Jul 1820 when his successor, Guillaume Clément, registered his mark at the same address. Dallemagne died soon after, on 11 Nov 1821.

“F*L*M*C” are likely the owner’s initials; it was common in the late 18th and early 19th century France and Switzerland for them to be stamped rather than engraved.

Hope this helps!
