Tomorrow (Thursday) night at 11.30 o'clock, George E. Fahys, Jr., of the Alvin Silver Co., broadcasts one of his interesting talks on silver and "Setting the table properly." During the past few months Mr. Fahys has been "on the air" from stations all over the country, speaking on the subject of silver and giving some historical information on silverware. This method of communication is no novelty with Mr. Fahys because during the war while serving as captain, he worked under Major Armstrong when the latter was perfecting the famous Armstrong regenerative circuit. Mr. Fahys also had charge of John Hays Hammond, Jr.'s special radio apparatus which was at the time one of the sensations of the A. E. F. A most interesting talk broadcasted last month by Mr. Fahys was one on George Washington and the silverware of his time, which was heard by radio listeners all over the country. Last Thursday, Mr. Fahys spoke from KDKA in Pittsburgh.
