Friends event: A Celebration of British Craftmanship

24th October 2019 - 6.30pm - 8.30pm

Join Museums Sheffield Friends, and gain access to this very special event - a private after-hours tour to explore the unique David Mellor Cutlery Factory & Design Museum in Hathersage.

Sheffield born David Mellor is one of the best-known 20th century British designers and internationally famous for his cutlery design. He even designed the traffic lights we still have today!

After touring the Round Building, an award-winning circular factory designed by Sir Michael Hopkins, guests will have time to explore the shop and use a special on-the-night 20% discount.
