Hello . What do you think about this object? What was it for? I think it may be a travel besamim .Hallmark is very poorly visible when you come to see 84 .

Hello,
If it opens (I cannot tell from pictures) it can be an incense burner.
I am not very familiar with religious rituals of any denomination. Being small it was obviously meant to be used at home.

Thanks ,so it's opened, i thought it was visible in the photos. The object is as small as possible, hence my suspicion that he is a traveler. Maybe besamim?

Hi,
I suppose besamim implies Hebrew tradition.Incense burners are common in Orthodox tradition, hanging in front of the icon being more common.
One of the members has written very comprehensive note on ``Judaica``, the term wrongly attributed to every sugar box (Zuckerdose) and every beaker, just because they are more lucrative if described as ``Judaica``. But unless engraved with Hebrew letters and symbols they are NOT ``Judaica``. The same goes for the incense burner here.
