Can you give me the name of this goldsmith because I do not know Cyrillic.
However, in the photo on the silvercollection page is posted that it is Nikolaě Lakovlev Antipov from Kostroma. Is this a mistake or not the silversmith?

It can't be the producer from Kostroma. Hallmarks are from Moscow assay office (letter "Δ")
