Mark of PAVEL. OVCHINNIKOV with the Imperial warrant, “84” standard,
Предприятие (company) «П.А. Овчинников», 1851-1917.
Assayer A.Svechin Moscow,1870.

Btw. it should be about 77.5 g for a dinner fork by this maker.
