HI

I have recently bought this interesting spoon. i see the Assayer is Nikolay Dubrovin in Moscow 1835, who is the maker? the lats digit in the stamp to the right is unclear but possibly 1837 or 1835.

It's not true. The maker is Fyodor Rastorguev (Фёдор Расторгуев), №3462 in Ivanov's book. Compare the marks of Rastorguev and Frolov.
