need help for identifying maker GB&S

Hello,

Here is this lovely inkwell assayed in London in 1930. The maker's mark is fairly rubbed on the inkwell's body but I could find one in the lid. It reads GB & S in a 3 circles shape.

Can anyone help ? Thanks
