Maker's Mark on Henderson Bagpipes

I am restoring my great-grandfathers Henderson PH5 bagpipes. All of the engraved pieces have matching marks. I have been able to determine that they are of English decent from London from 1904. My question is regarding the makers mark. It is W.N. over G.N.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The mark corresponds to William and George Neal.
