Please help identify makers mark R&R for this Namiki com

Can anyone please help identify the maker's mark R&R? This compact with bevelled mirror and insert with gauze has a gilt interior and is marked for London, 1934. Maker's mark is R&R. The decoration on the outside of the compact is lacquer maki-e work by Namiki. These items were retailed by Dunhill, Asprey, Cartier, etc., but usually they would carry those maker's marks. This one, like the other compact I have posted a listing on, is unusual - who was R&R?! Manythanks, Maz
