English Sterling Repousse Salts with Spoons-Maker?

I acquired a pair of these little, sterling, repousse salts with their spoons at an auction. I cannot identify the maker. The mark is ECB in a trefoil cartouche. Any ideal who this might be? Thanks, as always.
