Cannot Identify Hallmarks on this Tankard

Its an early piece, but again I'm having trouble even identifying the country. Thanks in advance!!

Hi,
Thanks for posting the extra image, it reveals much.
The marks appear to be those of William Gamble, the tankard being assayed at London in 1715.
