Birmingham Hallmark

I'm confused as to whether this is sterling or plate. Marked Elkngton & Co. on the bottom. The bottom stamp leads me to think its plate, but the stamp on the side I think indicates Sterling, around 1910. Can you help me determinewhich it is? Thank you.

Hi,

Yes it is definitely sterling silver, assayed Birmingham 1910 and maker Elkington & Co.
