Tiny salt spoon marked TW 1804

Post by mk209 »

Thought I’d share this tiny salt spoon (I think) it’s so small and very thin shafted that you hardly dare to use it in case it breaks so possibly it was never meant for use? Marked TW 1804 in the bowl I think the maker is unknown? The hallmarks are among the smallest I’ve come across!

Sometimes it amazes me how these things survive today.

TW is most likely to be Thomas Wilmore.
