Hi Spudman,

Silver needle case; 4”or 10.16 cm. 2nd standard of silver or 833/1000 fineness.

AKB conjoined for; Adrianus Kuylenburg born 1760, registered silversmith in the Dutch city of Schoonhoven from 1784-1811, died 1831. The city guild mark of Schoonhoven; shield with four lion's rampant facing left and the date letter L for 1784.
Adrianus Kuylenburg; known maker of needle cases & thimbles and tobacco & snuff & loderein boxes, son Jan Kuylenburg became his apprentice in 1797. In March 1807 Adrianus became assayer in Schoonhoven for the silver & gold guild.
