Identify marks on Pair Sugar casters, Dutch or ?

Im trying to identify the hallmarks on these pair of sugar casters, hallmarked on the bottom - sadly cant find anything that resembles these marks.

Any help is appreciated - Thank you!

Hi, Dutch pseudo/fantasy marks.
Your images of the marks, top left to right:
1.) pseudo maker's mark, 2.) pseudo town mark Amsterdam, 3.) pseudo maker's mark, 4.) pseudo year letter C. Probably made in Groningen or Schoonhoven turn of the 19th century
