Dutch miniature tray with sword mark

The tray and two containers are marked with the sword mark. The tray also has a mark of BRV12. What does that mean? Is it a maker or a city? Also do you think the 2 containers are for salt and pepper? The lids open. Thanks!

Hi Adam,

That will be the maker's mark B₰V12 for: B. Verhoogt, registered in the city of Hoorn 1921 till 1949, this particular mark used around 1929/1949.
It are two miniature silver biscuit jars on a little tray, here is another one same time period:
