Please help identify Dutch maker's mark on Chalkboard bell

Hello All,
There is a nice Chalkboard bell,
punched Dutch silver hallmark 1814-1953
Passant lion and number 2 in hexagon, (silver fineness .833), date letter :c=1862
maker's mark: “PP over 117”.
Can someone identify the manufacturer?
Has anybody an idea?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Gerox,
Your silver table bell.
To me the maker's mark appears to read
PR above
117 for; Paulus Roesgen or Rösgen, registered in The Hague and the city of Schoonhoven, registered 1862 till after 1864. The year letter indeed script
c or perhaps script
e for 1864.
Herewith another silver table bell made by Paulus Roesgen. The description of the Auction House
Beschrijving
Antieke zilveren Hollandse tafelbel met brons binnenbel, versierd met bloemmotieven. 833/000, jaarletter D: 1863, MT: Paul Roesgen Den Haag, ongeveer 70gr. 16xø10cm. Cond. U (binnenbel zit echt los)

Thank you for your fast profound answer.
As always top quality.
The year letter is actually script c in 1862.
An Asay brand is not hallmarked, so it does not matter if Den Haag or Schoonhoven.
