According to Citroen Dutch goldsmiths' and silversmiths' marks and names prior to 1812. Frans Machet maker's mark a clover registered in Bolsward 1685-1716
Jan Sjoerds maker's mark a clover registered in Bolsward 1608-1657

NB. Both maker's marks also encountered as a falsification.
This apostle spoon needs a little bit more investigation. Will let you know in due time.
Best,
Peter,
