The maker's mark a horn in a hart shaped shield for; Arnoldus van Geffen, registered in Amsterdam 1728 until 1769(died) and the uncle of Johannes Adrianus van Geffen. Productive toy/miniature maker, born 1700
Town mark Amsterdam, year letter G for 1766
ZII mark (835/000 fineness) for objects which are submitted in finished condition, which consequently could then not be assayed as thoroughly 1953-present.
