This one is kinda tough. I can't find it in my books so I am not holding out a lot of hope anyone knows the maker. The mark appears to be a cursive D in a shield from what I can tell. Any help would be much appreciated.

I think I might have figured it out. I think its Fonger Douma of Stavoren.

Yes you did. Indeed FD in monogram in a crowned shield for: Fonger Douma, registered in Stavoren 1740-1776
