GR&Co?

This is an hourglass pattern table spoon. It is of a really good gauge silver, but the maker and origins are eluding me. The marks are ‘GR&Co’ or ‘GR&C’ with what looks like a journeyman’s mark or a tally mark.

All suggestions welcome.
