One More British Colonial/Provincial Mystery

Post by WesternPA »

Hi,

This is a more recent find - again, I may just not have the right books, but it is a challenging one. It has a monogram that I typically see on pieces in the 1810-25 range. This piece is fairly sturdy; it is about 4 3/16 inches in length, and about 13g. I've not seen a similar style of mark before. Thanks!

Regards,
WesternPA

I've been looking into French Canadian and Quebec silversmiths, it's just a complete guess, no luck so far :::
