city uniform verification number

Good morning,
I'm looking for city uniform verification number list.
The mark under the crown and the royal cypher (VR, ER,GR...) to research the city of the authorities that applied that.
37 is Sheffield, 21 London, 6 Birmingham...I'm looking for 29 but I would like to have all the list.
Someone could help me?
