Good evening

The cat looks more than tiger than a lion. The elephant looks more Indian than African. The buffalo seems tame...maybe water buffalo?

A lone maker mark can be hidden in the base of the main bowl interior (requiring cleaning and a careful eye)...short of real hallmarks. If the base rim is rolled (photo is kind of tricky here), feel for a sharp edge...common to silverplate, less so with real silver. Don't cut your digits off!

the edge isn’t sharp but it’s not rolled either
the only mark i can find is the teeny tiny dot in the centre i’ve cleaned it out and tried taking a photo but i don’t think it’s a hallmark? looks too small?
