Your cruet was made in Paris by Jacques-Grégoire Rousseau. He registered his mark in 1803-1804, and worked at several addresses until at least 1816. His symbol was the head of a greyhound with a bird above and below (une tête de lévrier, un oiseau au-dessus et un au-dessous). See Arminjon v. 1, no. 01841, p. 199.
