Hi,
I have embedded your images.
Cup and saucer are French. The mark is Minerva head (925 standard), take a look here:
There should be maker`s mark in lozenge, too.

``VB`` with crescent and two stars is the mark of Victor Boivin, 5 rue di Montmorency, Paris, from 1897.

the "old" Minerva means silver 950, only from 1973 on the first standard is 925.
