Please help identify silversmith on this French tastevin

I would greatly appreciate help in identifying the silversmith who made this French silver tastevin. It is hallmarked with the Minerve 1st title mark, but I am really struggling with the silversmith's punch. It includes the initials ML and Cie with a leaf in the center. It looks like a grape leaf, but I could be wrong. I've tried reversing the initials in my searches to LM, also. Please help

In my view it is not a bay leaf but an ivy leaf

À mon avis, ce n'est pas une feuille de laurier mais une feuille de lierre
