Grimwade had determined that Samuel Wastell's father was in Lin ie Kings Lynn. However, Samuel's indenture contract shows that his father was in Lym(e) Regis in the County of Norfolk.

There is a Lyme Regis in Dorset but not in Norfolk. Regis means King's so I think Lym Regis in Norfolk must actually have meant Lynn Regis, i.e. King's Lynn.

I let this title found online "Lyme Regis, Norfolk / Picturesque Views in England and Wales" mislead me, but I think you are correct, so thank you.
