The Will of Jeconiah Ashley, goldsmith late of St Mary le Strand, was proved for probate on 6th February 1744 (National Archives reference PROB 11/731/299).

18 October 1733 Jeconiah Ashley of the parish of St Mary Le Strand in the County of Middlesex bachelor and goldsmith bound in marriage to Arabella Fuller spinster with the consent of the mother Arabella Morris wife of John Morris.

14 March 1737 Jeconiah Ashley goldsmith paid apprentice indenture duties for Charles son of Thomas Maples of St Clement Danes.

24 October 1699 Jeconiah son of Bernard and Cordelia Ashley baptized at Saint Martin Epsom Surrey.

gives an interesting bill-heading and partial invoice of Jeconiah Ashley dated 20 April 1733. It gives his address as [ at the sign of the golden acorn ] near Somerset House in the Strand .
This one relates to buckles and buttons !
