2 April 1730 Paul Crespin London Longbowstringmaker paid apprentice indenture duty for William son of Solomon Meade of Kingsbury in Somerset.

The Gold and Silver Toys late of Mr PAUL CRISPIN ( designed for Exportation )
Consisting of Gold and Silver Snuff Boxes, Etwees, Tooth Pick Cases, false Stone Buckels [sic], Gold and Silver Watches, Jewels, Rings and Seals, with sundry other Curiosities.
As he had been declared bankrupt in early 1747 , this is obviously the disposal of some stock for the benefit of creditors . It gives some idea of his stock of small goods
