4 July 1826 Excerpt from the London Gazette: Notice is hereby given that the partnership heretofore carried on by us the undersigned, Mary Ann Willis and John Dunkin Goodlad, as Flute-Manufacturers, at 25 Villiers-Street, in the Strand, is hereby dissolved on the 30th of June 1836, by mutual consent; and all persons indebted to the said concern are to pay the amount of their debts to the said John Dunkin Goodlad, who will discharge all claims on the same.- dated this 28th day of June 1826.
