10 December 1741 William Justis of the Parish of Saint Zachary in the City of London Widower and Silversmith aged fourty five years appeared within the peculiar and exempt jurisdiction of Saint Catherine the Virgin and Martyr near the Tower of London and alleged his intention to marry Phoebe West of the Parish of Hamstead in the County of Middlesex Spinster aged fourty years.
