3 March 1796 Samuel Safford Jobson of the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the Great Batchelor aged 21 years and upwards bound in marriage to Susannah Bilby of the Parish of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex Spinster aged 21 years and upwards.

3 January 1800 Samuel Safford son of Safford Jobson Navy Officer to be made free in the Company of Goldsmiths by redemption with occupation of Goldsmith noted on the paper.

13 January 1805 Samuel Safford of the Parish of Saint Martin's in the City of Westminster will proved at London. A deposition to this will notes that one of Samuel Safford Jobson's former addresses was Gutter Lane and his last one was the Strand. Reference: TBA PROB 11/1424/135
