Good day
Found this form among papers in a draw in guesthouse I visited. Order form for Diana Royal wedding medals.
I have a bronze paperweight by M.Pagliari that I will post later.

Here is my large bronze paperweight/medallion by Pagliari. It is 75mm in diameter and weigh 9 oz. Not sure how many were given out.
