there is an doubble marked sugare tong from Riga of Carl Gustaf Hauff (*1776 M1807

the [CLE]- mark in Leistikow is very similar

An inspection of this day (of the second candlstick) showed that the letters are CLE not CLF. So the maker is Carl Leo Eckhardt from Riga.
