For Italian marks see here:

Fineness .800 and maker`s registered number.
Try to decipher the digits on the left and province abbreviation (two capital letters on the right).
If there is fasces at center between digits and letters, it`s 1934 - 1944.If not, it`s 1944 - 1968.
