This spoon is marked 800 but it doesn't appear to be silver to me, maybe I'm just wrong. Does anyone know if this is a Miracoli pattern made in silverplate or 800 silver? I'm trying to figure out if it's original and made as a gift to the Germans in WW2, or if someone just tried to make a silverplate spoon more valuable. It looks like that Maker did make a lot of 800 silver, I just can't tell if it's 800 or plate.

The mark is after 1971, so with WW2 the spoon has nothing to do.
The mark of Miracoli is 6 MI and I seem to read something else in the diamond.
