Help to identify ladle origins

Can anybody point me in the right direction for the maker and country of origin of this ladle?

That's an impressive piece, he obviously produced some work of quality.

He was not only the father, but also the founder of the Delheid Freres company in Brussels in January 1862.
The top pieces are either privately owned or in museums
