Identify me a Sheffield (?) Hallmark please?

All new to this forum, I need a hallmark identifying a hallmark on a silver topped cane please, I live in sheffield so (maybe wrongly) assume it's a sheffield one, any help appreciated! All I can see is a C&.......how do I upload a photo please?
