I identified this spoon as Baker Manchester Sterling 1898 Spartan-Old Designer: Ernest W. Campbell. Has anyone seen this spoon before? What was the specialty use for this spoon? I can't find another one online. ty

Measures 5 1/2" across by 1 3/8" wide
